Senior Reception Clerk

To lead, maintain and support the Reception Team, a strong group of individuals who are the face of the hostel.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:Establish and maintain good relationships with all staff and guests and handle complaints, requests and enquiries in the absence of Management.Provide excellent customer service.To always respect and maintain confidentiality of resident's personal information, including their right to privacy, dignity and choice.To always act in a professional manner to visitors, staff and clients within the Hostel.To ensure high standards of customer service are maintained and that each staff member treats guests in the way they wish to be treated.Experience Required:Excellent English (written & spoken).Minimum of 2 years experience in Management.Hospitality experience preferred.Summary of role requirements:Flexible hours available.2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.Work visa can be provided for this role.Expected salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
