This role's focus area is capital works and asset management programs within the Northern Region.This includes the coordination of the regional capital works program and the day-today management of the region's Construction Team. This role has a large focus on project management and associated complex procurement processes so attention to detail is a must!The role involves monitoring and reporting on budget expenditure and the development of annual work programs relating to capital works and construction projects, so experience with finance, procurement and contract management would be an advantage.You will be responsible for capital works project management and maintaining accurate records on the status of each project. We are looking for a record keeping pro with experience using databases.You will also assist with the development of project briefs and providing technical advice and support across the region so good written and verbal communication skills are required.
