Our ACAS team are growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior RAC Funding Assessor.What will your role look like?In this role, you'll manage and oversee the activities of Residential Aged Care (RAC) Funding Assessors, ensuring high-quality assessments and maintaining compliance standards across the team.
You'll also be responsible for ensuring the overall performance and quality of the RAC Funding Assessor workforce.
This role will involve travel across your Region to support Funding Assessors so you need to be willing and able to travel.Day to day this includes:Managing and overseeing the activities of RAC Funding AssessorsUndertaking regular reviews and monitoring the overall quality assessment status of the RAC Funding assessor workforceManaging the overall clinical status of the RAC Funding Assessor workforceMaintaining records related to the delivery of RAC Funding AssessmentsBeing the main point of contact for aged care home managementProviding ongoing supervision and mentoring to RAC Funding AssessorsFostering a positive team culture where staff have a clear expectation of their role and responsibility and are engaged in their roleOngoing adherence with Conflict-of-Interest Policy and ProcessTo be successful in this role you'll need:Tertiary Qualification – in a health-related discipline directly related to Health, Aged Care or related specialist area (e.g.
