Job DescriptionPre contract cost planning services during design stages of projectsPost contract progress claim and variation assessments, cost reportingEngage with the local property market to gain market knowledge for use in the delivery of our servicesCommission management to assist in the successful delivery of our servicesIntegrate with full cost management and project management teams in Queensland and support when requiredWork independently and take responsibility for deliverablesQualificationsRecognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.5-10 years relevant experience.Healthcare experience is a plus.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
