They currently enjoy a turnover of £60 million and operate within 2 key sectors: Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature. Our client has recently secured a new scheme and is seeking their Commercial Lead as the Project Manager is now on board.The project has a contract value of £15 million and a duration of 12 months. The scheme is due to commence on site in late November 2024, and you will report to a Commercial Manager.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.
