My client is a leader within the UK construction market offering bespoke joinery solutions for Commercial, Residential and Specialist projects.
They are a fast-growing joinery / interior fit-out company looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Quantity Surveyor to join their Team.

This role will be based in London and is an excellent opportunity for a switched-on individual, with strong IT skills.
You will need to be highly motivated, a great communicator, able to demonstrate an astute attention to detail, along with having a logical approach to work and excellent time management skills.
Experience is preferred within a similar industry but not essential.

Duties: Work closely with your Divisional Project Directors, Project Managers and Project Teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, In-house Teams and Subcontractors.Cost control, management of projects and internal cost reporting.Submission of monthly valuations and produce cash flow forecasts.Prepare and manage Subcontractor and Supplier accounts. Position Requirements: Excellent numeracy skills, IT skills with competencies in Microsoft Word and Excel.Practical knowledge of quantity surveying procedures and commercial awareness.Willing to undertake additional training as and where required.Understand the implications of decisions on the financial objectives and value of the company.The ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
