How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?As our new Quantity Surveyor, Program Performance , you'll work with a team of highly skilled specialists. You'll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of international clients and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future. You'll drive value, connect assets to strategy and proactively respond to disruptive change.
Here are the key things you'll do:
Measurement / Drawing take offs
Cost estimating and producing Cost plans
Acquiring specialist pricing from suppliers
Post-contract progress measurement reporting
Variation cost assessments
Review and approve estimates of team members
Benchmarking of estimates against current tender pricing
Provide coaching, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members

Alongside your industry experience in similar or equivalent roles , you'll also have:
Working knowledge of various methods of measurement
Team leader, coaching, or mentoring experience
Organisational and communication skills
Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related subject
