Their Sydney office is growing rapidly, securing high-profile engagements with multi-national technology clients.
They are now seeking a Senior / Quantity Surveyor to join our Data Centre team.
With significant projects underway and more in the pipeline, they are looking for an experienced SQS who has managed Data Centre projects or similarly complex and mission-critical sites.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractorsIdentify and facilitate new business opportunitiesPrepare master-plan and feasibility budgetsConduct cost checking and value engineering during design developmentPerform tender evaluations, analysis, and contract negotiationsForecast and manage cash flowsOversee procurement processesDeliver accurate cost reporting and final account reportingPrepare, negotiate, and settle claimsConduct investment analyses and benchmarking to improve cost modellingQualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or ConstructionProficiency in cost estimating and planning software, particularly Cost XDemonstrated experience winning and managing major projectsProven ability to manage mission-critical or similarly complex projectsAdditional Information:
