We are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Rail Operations Business Unit based out of Malaga, WA. With an exciting pipeline of major infrastructure projects, it's a fantastic opportunity to be part of a great team and culture. Key responsibilities Delivering the commercial requirements of the projectEnsuring accurate and timely weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting of project costsMaintaining registers and productivity on the project whilst at all times adhering to Laing O'Rourke's safety policies & proceduresAbout you A construction management, building, engineering degree or equivalent coupled with extensive post-graduate experience in contract administration within the construction industry.Already obtained or be working towards MRICSYou will also possess comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of contract management, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation and administration.Diversity & Inclusion We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the diverse society in which we live and work.
