MBM is a national independent Australian owned property consultancy specialising in Quantity Surveying, PPP, FM and Asset Management Advisory services, Tax Depreciation and Asset and Building Consulting.Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Brisbane team. The successful applicants will assist in the delivery of services within an established team, with supervision from Management.
Candidates must have Australian Working RightsRequired Skills and Experience:Minimum 4-6 years' experience working in Australia as a client side QSGraduate of an accredited Quantity Surveyor degree coursePrevious experience working for a client side Quantity Surveying Consultancy, providing the full range of project experience and the duties performed for all major projectsExperience in using CostX and ExcelCorporate members / candidate working towards accreditation of AIQS or RICS preferredHigh level verbal and written communication skillsMBM has an open, inclusive and supportive culture where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
