Tertiary Qualifications in Health or other relevant discipline or equivalent Health Industry experience. Demonstrated expert knowledge and/or clinical experience in service delivery and quality systems in hospital sectors. High level knowledge of relevant regulatory systems and National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. Proven knowledge of contemporary continuous quality improvement practices and care and clinical governance practices. Demonstrated competence in analytics of care and clinical indicators with ability to deliver tangible outcomes. Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care delivery. Demonstrated high level effective interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to work autonomously while building strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
