Job Description Location:  Based at in Ringwood on the lands of the Wurundjeri People Employment Type:  Full-time Hourly Rate: Up to $58 per hour (dependent on skills & experience) Application Deadline:  Sunday 15th December What's In It For You?

EACH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Quality Partner to play a pivotal role in enhancing our services and supporting a strong quality improvement culture across the organisation.
As the Senior Quality Partner, you will collaborate closely with the Manager of Quality Improvement and Risk, leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality systems that underpin safe and effective healthcare services.

What You'll Be Doing Champion quality and compliance: Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and exceeded across EACH's diverse programs.
Lead critical incident investigations: Provide leadership in investigating critical incidents, ensuring timely follow-up and action.
Partner for success: Collaborate with Program areas to develop, implement, and evaluate quality improvement activities that drive service excellence.
Support risk management : Assist in the identification and management of emerging risks and ensure a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
Manage customer feedback: Oversee customer feedback and complaints processes, ensuring timely, professional responses that lead to service enhancements.
Drive data-driven improvements: Collect, analyse, and report on trends in quality, risk, and safety, contributing to ongoing improvement efforts.
Lead training initiatives: Develop and implement education programs that embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Act as 2IC : Support the Quality Improvement and Risk Manager as a key contact for external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and accreditation bodies.
Governance reporting: Provide critical insights and reports to Governance Committees, the EACH Board, and external bodies.

Exceptional communication skills: Ability to write clear, concise reports and communicate complex information effectively.
Analytical capabilities: Strong skills in analysing data to drive improvements and ensure continuous quality enhancement.
Your Qualifications Experience in community-based healthcare: At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong background in quality improvement and risk management.
Educational qualifications : A higher degree in quality improvement or management (or progress towards one) is advantageous.
Lead Auditor qualifications are highly desirable.
Expertise in healthcare standards: Strong knowledge of National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards, Mental Health Standards, NDIS, Aged Care Quality Standards, and other relevant standards specific to community programs.
Expertise in Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Proven experience in using PDSA tool in improving clinical practice.
