About the opportunity
Based within our Enterprise Testing and Integrated Environments Release Service, you will be part of initiatives which will shape the future offerings to our customers. This role will be a part of delivering quality outcomes by accurately planning, preparing, executing, and reporting the testing of systems and applications prior to production deployment.
You will get the opportunity to work with the newest technologies, mentor others whilst also having access to learning and development platforms plus the opportunity to get certified in cloud technologies.
In this role you'll get to... Providing technical and thought leadership on Quality Engineering tools, techniques, and processes.Providing support to business stakeholders and end users in the planning, preparation, and execution of User Acceptance Testing.Delivering testing outcomes including test requirements and test cases as well as writing test strategy and test planning artifacts.Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand scope and determine appropriate test approach.Identifying environment and data requirements for testing activities.Learn and grow test automation skills to be able to effectively apply automation in delivery.Drive an Automation led approach and contribute to platform integration tests.Apply knowledge of CI/CD frameworks to validate and confirm traceability.What you'll bring to the role Demonstrated experience as a Senior Tester or Senior Quality Engineer where you have provided technical leadership with performance testing or performance quality engineering (PQE).Experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS/GCP, understanding of application architecture and/or infrastructure architecture.Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing stress volume test suites.Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting performance related issues.Automation - TOSCA, QTEST (or any other Test Management Framework), Performance Test-LoadRunner Enterprise and K6.Proactiveness and agility to identify and call out risks early in a challenging delivery environment.Prior banking industry related performance testing experience and working experience in developing utilities/services to facilitate the continuous PQE pipeline - Highly desirable.So, why work with us?
