Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Senior Quality Assurance Associate will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our pharmaceutical and healthcare products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Perform risk assessment, triage and prioritisation for product quality complaints for a wide range of sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical dosage forms Escalate recommendation to management when further action is required based on risk profile Liaise with manufacturing sites to drive meaningful investigations and CAPAs Mentor junior team members to build their technical and risk management skills Maintain and report on complaint metrics Support the continuous improvement of internal processes, systems and metrics Perform periodic reconciliation with suppliers and partners Key Requirements 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Operations or a related technical role, in the pharmaceutical industry. Practical experience supporting pharmaceutical unit operations will be highly regarded Tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related Science field Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to apply quality risk management principles to triage, prioritise and deliver outcomes Attention to detail with advanced written, verbal and listening communication skills Ability to balance and prioritise competing demands, to manage workflow and meet critical time frames. Proven self-direction with the ability to exercise discretion and judgment working both independently and as part of a team. How to apply:
