About the Opportunity
Two opportunities are available for Quality Assurance Advisors up to Senior level to join our Quality Team based in Henderson, Western Australia. We pride ourselves on developing our people and are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy a challenge and want to further their skills in this unique environment.
Reporting directly to the Manager Quality Governance and Assurance, you will be responsible for working within the Quality Assurance Team to ensure ASC achieves compliance against ISO and other regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Conduct and report on ASC and ASC sub-contractors management system against the requirements of ISO 9001, AS 14001, ISO45001 and ISO55001.
Conduct audits in accordance with the approved schedules.
Support the business in understanding, implementing and closing associated corrective actions.
Involvement in the management, training and facilitation of the Corporate Management System.
Support 2nd and 3rd party audit programs to assure contractual and certification compliance.
Undertake projects and activities as allocated and directed by the Quality Systems Team Lead.
Maintain records, files and databases for traceability and review to conformance to requirements.

Skills & Experiences

Lead Auditor qualifications as well as proven auditing experience.
Appropriate engineering or technical tertiary qualifications and/or a minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO5501.
The ability to assess the results of quality inspections and tests.
The ability to assess the engineering risks associated with product manufacturing.
Strong interpersonal, leadership and motivational skills.
The ability to work effectively in a project environment where work is constrained by budget and schedule is essential.

A primary focus of this role will be to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that key objectives are met.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
