The Role The Senior Quality Advisor coordinates the Quality process in compliance with the project, business, and ISO 9001 requirements. This role will establish and maintain the Quality documentation in close consultation with subject matter experts across our business and the lifecycle of all our projects.
As the Senior Quality Advisor you will document and analyse the outputs of the Quality process to drive the continual improvement of our internal processes and oversee all quality aspects of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, create and maintain Quality frameworks and documentation, including ITPs, ITRs, and Work packs. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and guide the business in the certification process. Perform quality review of all QMS-related documents and facilitate the integration into wider business documentation. Attend site when required for validation on project hold points tied to Quality approvals and sign. Track Quality outcomes and provide input into reports on the effectiveness and suitability of the management system. Responsible for compliance with the Quality programs in line with Company Policies, Procedures, and ISO accreditation and identifying gaps with standards and regulatory requirements. Support quality review of final Manufacturers Data Report (MDR) and operating manuals. Provide reports on progress, achievements, and non-conformances, including data analysis, trending, investigation RCA, and corrective actions and ensuring these actions are closed timely. Support with compiling Vendor Document Requirements during the tendering process. Data analysis, identify quality issues and assist in rectifying with the relevant personnel. About You: Quality auditing experience is preferred. Incident investigation training is desirable (for example 5-Whys or ICAM). Excellent communication and time management skills, conflict resolution abilities and confidence in dealing with a wide range of people, including tradespeople, customers/stakeholders, management, suppliers, and supervisors. Understanding priorities and ensuring work is completed on time to a safe and satisfactory level. Experience in an ISO 9001 accredited business.
