This role will see working along our Tier 1 Energy client. This is a heavy front facing client role that will see you support the implementation of Quality Management strategies/processes.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:Permanent salaried roleSite uplift applicable for all site travelPerth based role, working at the client office in the CBDKey Responsibilities:Support the implementation of the Monadelphous Quality Management policy, system, and strategiesInput, support, implement and drive the Client Quality Management System for projects (maintenance, campaigns, shutdowns brownfields) in adherence to Client, ISO and Australian standardsProvide input and guidance in relation to Quality Assurance and Control to stakeholders while maintaining a robust cross-functional partnership to promote Quality collaborationDevelop/review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and ITRs (Inspection test records)Monitor the execution of Quality Inspections in accordance with ITPs with supporting documents such as ITRs and IRCs (Inspection release certificates)Provide expertise and perform Quality inspections in accordance with ITPsReporting of product and/or process non-conformities and develop and verify suitable corrective and preventative actions within controlled expendituresProvide inputs into Client protocols throughout the process of PM and CM activitiesMonitor performance of QMS within vendors, suppliers, and contractorsExperience in the use of integrated systems such as SAP or equivalent with the relevant Quality management applicationsProvide accurate and timely reporting of Inspection surveillance status from the SAP system reporting outputSupport third party Inspection resources when and where required and the implementation and use of specialised techniquesWhat you'll bring:Previous years' experience in the QA/QC field, ideally within the Energy industry with robust knowledge of the AS/NZS ISO 9001 quality environmentMinimum CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Level 2 or approved equivalent (Preferred)A good understanding and knowledge of Welding and NDT activitiesStrong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders (internal and external)Excellent knowledge of MS Office SuiteA proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and on site InspectorsA demonstrated ability in compiling MDR's within the construction industryLife at MonadelphousThere's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
