Your new role: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduate trainees to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various domains including software development, quality assurance, business analysis, and more. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the QA team and testing activities.Develop and execute test plans and test cases for C# and Selenium-based applications.Conduct API testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Utilize SQL expertise to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain high-quality standards.Prepare detailed test reports and track defects to resolution.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders.Mentor and guide QA team members to improve skills and efficiency.Participate in daily scrums and sprint planning meetings.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automated testing.Proficiency in C#.Hands-on experience in using Selenium WebDriver for automated testing of web applications.Familiarity with testing frameworks like NUnit or MSTest.In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.Skills in testing RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation and back-end testing.Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or TeamCity.Be highly valued: Access to flexible working arrangements.Learn from experienced professionals.Great people to work with.Investment in your learning and development.How do I apply?
