This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, skilled and passionate Senior Psychologist to join the Darwin Psychology Services team and work across their clinics in Durack and Winnellie.

This role will be to provide psychological assessment and treatments to clients presenting with a range of psychological, health and wellbeing issues.
With your more advanced clinical skills, you will be expected to manage more complex client presentations and offer best practice interventions and treatment.
In this role, you will provide formal and informal supervision to provisional psychologists and contribute to the overall development of the practice and to maintaining a high standard of clinical service delivery.
You will be required to prepare comprehensive assessment and evaluation reports, treatment plans, and maintain of accurate, legible case notes and records in line with best clinical practice.
Is this the right role for you?
Minimum 5 years' experience as a grade 2 Psychologist (or equivalent) Appropriate qualifications and registration with AHPRA, Current Psychology Board of Australia (PBA) registration Supervisor status Evidence of ongoing professional development Skills and experience of providing a range of psychological assessments in a variety of service settings Ability to work with limited direction in an autonomous fashion Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly developed organisational skills Strong conceptual and analytical ability Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary legislation, regulations and policy related to Psychology and mental health Membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) or AAPi NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
