You will be able to demonstrate: Tertiary qualification in Psychology and current certification Experience within a disability sector context, working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively Well-developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills Experience in implementing evidence-based frameworks and delivering holistic supports You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain) a current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid certificate, evidence of Australian work rights, and an NT Drivers Licence.
