Your opportunity:
You will be creating and leading compelling category propositions from fast-paced trading programmes with a focus on data-driven category and commercial insights.
You will manage and execute your plans through a matrix of senior stakeholders and business functions by bringing them along the journey.
You will drive propositions that provide converged solutions incorporating Vodafone mobility to enable TPG to achieve its revenue and growth ambitions for SMB.
You'll make impact by:
Leading and driving trading outcomes across channels within Small Business and SOHO categories.
Leading and executing detailed end-to-end proposition design and execution plans.
Tracking performance of all major initiatives specific to the Small Business and SOHO category.
Identifying detailed customer needs, desires, and requirements in the context of the above and creating differentiated propositions that set the category.
Managing Small Business customer testing when reviewing opportunities to improve product design.
Using Customer Insights, Data Insights, and Competitive Insights to build category-specific plans and propositions.
Identifying and building propositions relevant to the Small Business and SOHO categories.
What you'll bring:
Outstanding commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Outstanding senior influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication.
Expertise in proposition development, systems, and processes.
Exceptional drive to inspire change across marketing and the organization.
Proven track record of problem-solving in complex business problems.
Strong understanding of product management and development of end-to-end customer experience.
Ideally, you will also have:
Degree qualified, ideally in business or economics.
Strong knowledge and expertise in the telco market based on 10+ years of market experience.
Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and fortitude.
