Your opportunity: You will be creating and leading compelling category propositions from fast-paced trading programmes with a focus on data-driven category and commercial insights. You will manage and execute your plans through a matrix of senior stakeholders and business functions by bringing them along the journey. You will drive propositions that provide converged solutions incorporating Vodafone mobility to enable TPG to achieve its revenue and growth ambitions for SMB.
Responsibilities: Lead and drive trading outcomes across channels within Small Business and SOHO categories. Lead and execute detailed end-to-end proposition design and execution plans. Track performance of all major initiatives specific to the Small Business and SOHO category. Identify detailed customer needs, desires, and requirements in the context of the above and create differentiated propositions that sets the category. Manage Small Business customer testing when reviewing opportunities to improve product design. Use Customer Insights, Data Insights, and Competitive Insights to build category-specific plans and propositions. Identify and build propositions relevant to the Small Business and SOHO categories. What you'll bring: Outstanding commercial acumen and analytical skills. Outstanding senior influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication. Expert in proposition development, systems, and processes. Exceptional drive to inspire change across marketing and the organisation. Proven track record of problem-solving in complex business problems. Strong understanding of product management and development of end-to-end customer experience. Ideally, you will also have: Degree qualified, ideally in business or economics. Strong knowledge and expertise in telco market based on 10+ years of market experience.
