Job DescriptionYour New Company
A critical infrastructure market leader with a huge property portfolio. This large business is currently undertaking significant change with a focus on improving customer experience and engagement. The business is at the forefront of a competitive industry and has built a highly respected brand and market reputation. With growth of this magnitude comes opportunity and now is an opportune time to join the team.

Your New Role
You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of end-to-end property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and licenses.
With acquisitions being the primary focus of the role, you will drive the entirety of the process lifecycle from initial scoping of requirements, property identification, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, right through to settlement.

In spearheading these transactions, you will engage broadly across the business as well as externally with property owners, agents, surveyors, engineers, and all other stakeholders involved in the acquisition, disposal, or leasing of property.

Operating within a regulated environment, you will ensure compliance and accuracy of all data and asset management information for all external reporting and application requirements.

You can undertake the role in a hybrid capacity, with a minimum of three days in their South-West Sydney office. Along with a great remuneration package, they provide a range of benefits including extensive parental leave and wellness programs.

About You
You will have depth of hands-on experience across the entirety of the property acquisition and disposal process. Whilst relevant qualifications will be well-regarded, demonstrated experience is most important. This experience could be from within a range of industries, whether private or public sector, however property acquisition needs to be a large part of their property activity.
