The Role: Tidy portfolio of 140 properties with Assistant Property Manager to support operations.
Oversee compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
Identify challenges, be solution focused and share best practice Check and approve tenancy applications Prepare and place advertisements for available rental properties Manage rental enquiries and show available properties Maintain regular communication with current landlords and tenants Process tenancy agreements and bond payments/refunds Manage market reviews, tenancy renewals and rent increases Conduct periodic and ingoing/outgoing inspections Organise repairs/maintenance, insurance claims & approve creditor invoices Resolve disputes when and if required, tribunal representation Payment and arrears management Achieve and report to management on set Key Performance Indicators Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices The Candidate: Previous Property Management experience Looking to join a top team with structure, support and goals to achieve success!
