The Role:
Managing a small portfolio of 180 properties – all based locally
Liaising with landlords and tenants
Arrears, repairs & maintenance control
Overseeing ingoing & outgoing inspections
No routines
No accounts, No Leasing & No weekends
Parking Provided
The Candidate:
Previous Property Management experience is essential
We are looking for someone who has the ability to deal with high end clientele
A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
The ability to provide a high level of service
