The Role: As a Senior Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Your role will include:
Managing a well-maintained portfolio of propertiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlordsConducting entry and exit inspections and preparing detailed reportsHandling rental arrears and collectionsCoordinating repairs and maintenance requestsProcessing lease renewals and conducting rent reviewsYou'll have the full support of a highly skilled team - Leasing Manager, Routines Officer, and Assistant.
About You: We're looking for someone with:
