The Role:
Working Monday – Friday, this is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to manage a local portfolio with plenty of structure and support. You will be determined to provide a tailored, transparent, and accountable Property Management service that is second to none. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

Manage a pristine portfolio made up of 200 propertiesLiaising with landlords, tenants, and inquiriesAttending to any repairs and maintenanceTribunalArrears ControlNO accounts and NO leasingThe Candidate:
To excel in this position, previous Property Management experience is a must, and a COR / Real Estate License qualification is required. A successful candidate will also attribute:
