Our client is a leading Property Management team that is looking for their next team player to join their highly skilled team. The Role: Manage an exceptionally well-maintained portfolio of approximately 180 properties – all properties are local Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests Resolve escalated issues and complaints Support from repairs & maintenance team Support from offshore administration NO leasing NO administration NO routines The Candidate: The Tools of the Trade – Certificate of Registration or License, car, drivers license A background in Property Management A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service Immaculate personal presentation Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills The ability to work in a top performing team The Benefits: HUGE salary – up to $110K PLUS bonuses – these are for just doing your job!
