The Role:
This is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join an elite division. We are looking for someone with exceptional client care and customer service to join a high-profile department and manage a streamlined portfolio. Working alongside your own Junior Property Manager & Leasing Consultant Monday to Friday, your duties will include but not limited to:
Managing 160 properties all based locally to the Inner West Engaging in communication with both owners and tenants, including on-site meetings when necessary Facilitating lease renewal negotiations Managing rental arrears Issuing notices to tenants Attending tribunal proceedings Delivering outstanding customer service The Candidate: At least 3 years experience working as a Senior Property Manager A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License Exceptional organizational and time management skills A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Experience in building and maintaining relationships Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 The Benefits: Join a nationally recognized, high-profile agency & work alongside an award-winning team!
