The Role: Monday - Friday Role Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approx.
170 properties Maintaining relationships with landlords/owners - PURE relationship management Conducting repairs and maintenances NO arrears Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required Leasing Consultant for support Offshored administration support provided NO accounts The Candidate: Previous Property Management experience A current Certificate of Registration Own car and Drivers license Needs to be very diligent with their own portfolio Have the ability to work with KPI's Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Great presentational skills Be a motivated self-starter Ability to manage a Junior Property Manager or Property Associate The Benefits: Monday - Friday position Work from home day provided Utilise the latest technology - Neat & Tidy Portfolio Supportive Director and great team culture Excellent Career Progression Easy parking Commissions, phone & laptop provided on top.
