About the role:
We are looking for our newest team mate to join our property management team.
We are looking for a proactive, self-starter as you will be accountable the A to Z of Portfolio Management working within a supportive team.
You will have access to internal mentoring from our Head of Department with over 20 years' experience, as well as your local team.
Day to day you will be accountable for:

Developing long term trusted relationships with your landlords and tenants.
Managing the A to Z of a portfolio of properties.
Responding to all manner of technical queries.
Liaising with tenants, landlords and external stakeholders.
Overseeing repairs and maintenance.
Undertaking routine inspections and conducting rent reviews.
Managing bond claims, tribunals and other matters.
General portfolio management tasks.
Achieving your individual KPI's and contributing to our team's success.
About you:
Ideally you bring to our team a number of years' experience as a property manager.
Perhaps you are looking for a new team or looking to take the next step and progress your career.
Ideally you are someone who makes things happen, understands the importance of exceptional service, and stays calm under pressure.
Additionally, you have:

The ability to build lasting relationships with your clients.
Exceptional communication skills, response, and proactive.
You enjoy working in a team, yet you can work with full autonomy.
Effective problem-solving skills; a proactive nature and strong organisational skills.
Resilience, self-drive, and adaptability.
You have sound real estate legislation, practical and technical knowledge.
Real Estate Certificate, Car and Driver's License required.
