Starting 1 November, this fixed-term contract will see you responsible for managing and implementing Investa's customer-centric property services in accordance with the Management Agreement to maximize the financial and operational performance of the portfolio. This highly autonomous role will be accountable for managing and building tenant relationships to improve tenant retention and enhance Investa's reputation as a customer-focused business.As our Senior Property Manager, you'll also provide operational support to the Asset Managers and Investment Managers to ensure the effective performance and management of the Portfolio and the team. Reporting to the Head of Property Management, this exciting role will manage an A-Grade asset in Sydney's CBD.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and implement customer-centric property services.Maximize financial and operational performance of the portfolio.Build and manage tenant relationships to improve retention.Provide operational support to Asset Managers and Investment Managers.Prepare, manage, and monitor annual budget plans.Qualifications and SkillsAt least five years of experience in property management, particularly in commercial office buildings.Strong lease negotiation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage a busy portfolio with multiple capital expenditure projects.Understanding of asset ownership drivers and property management services.Customer-focused with a commitment to first-class service.Experience in building high-level customer relationships and improving tenant retention.Tertiary qualified, ideally in property or a related discipline.Numerate and competent in financial and property management systems with advanced skills in Excel.Desirable AttributesSome retail experience.Proven people management experience.Experience in leading lease negotiations and lease documentation.Ability to communicate with various stakeholders.About the CompanyInvesta is a leading owner, manager, and developer of institutional-grade real estate in Australia.
