What the role involves: You'll oversee a fantastic portfolio where no day will be the same. Assets included are high-profile commercial buildings based in North Sydney and Macquarie Park. You'll provide the highest level of service, ensuring the owners and tenants are engaged and happy on a daily basis, confirming that client deliverables and scope of services are undertaken to the highest degree of expertise and professionalism. Other key responsibilities include: Maximising rental revenueCompiling regular reportsOverseeing expensesMaintaining excellent building presentationCollaborating closely with your Building Operations ManagerEnsuring site complianceCompleting routine property inspectionsOverseeing sustainability and ESG planning/reporting To Apply, this is what we are looking for: You have a successful track record in commercial property management, and you have a reputation for providing friendly, timely, and effective service towards clients, tenants, and contractors. Exceptional communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with property management software and tools. You possess a solution-oriented mindset to assess and address issues quickly. Property management is no longer just collecting rent and writing monthly reports – it's about building communities, finding innovative ways to activate buildings, creating new spaces for collaboration, building landlords of choice, incentivising tenants for quality, initiating important conversations about ESG and sustainability, becoming the essential eyes and ears for our stakeholders, and setting a path for their investments to reach their full potential.
