Senior Property Manager

Currently offering a position for a diligent Senior Property Manager, this is a role to manage a locally-based portfolio within a tight-knit team.

The Role:
With an impressive portfolio including several exceptional award-winning, architectural-styled properties, we are looking for a Senior Property Manager to work Monday – Friday. This is a locally based portfolio. You will be energetic, and hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence.
Manage a portfolio of 200 properties Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants Rental arrears management Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Working towards KPI's NO accounts, NO leasing The Candidate: Previous Property Management experience A current Certificate of Registration, Own car and Drivers license Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Great presentational skills A motivated self-starter Work well in a team environment Mandarin skillset is advantageous The Benefits: Competitive salary on offer (up to $120K depending on experience) + MASSIVE commissions to be earned 1-2 days WFH Phone + computer provided Career progression & growth Supportive work environment - Fantastic Director & Property Management department Work out of a modern office in a central location Join a close-knit and supportive team where collaboration, teamwork, and a friendly atmosphere are at the core of the work culture!
