As part of a small but successful office, you will be a dynamic and motivated individual looking for a stable, long term role within property management.
As the Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a clean and moderately sized portfolio with all duties handled in-house.
You will not be responsible for routine inspections or managing entry and exit processes; instead, your role will focus more on relationship management.
The Role;  No out of office duties, with a dedicated team within the office assigned to these tasks  Nurturing and building relationships with landlords and tenants Manage a clean and tidy portfolio, capped to ensure you're not under servicing or over working.
