Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience and qualifications Join Blackshaw Belconnen as a Senior Property Manager – a role that goes beyond traditional property management.

You'll play a key role in mentoring and supporting our property managers, sharing your experience to help them grow while still being hands-on when it matters most. Whether it's conducting inspections during busy periods, assisting with condition reports, or simply leading by example, you'll ensure the team operates smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing Mentoring and supporting property managers, fostering growth and collaboration.Conducting inspections (routine, vacate, and ingoing) as needed to help the team during peak periods.Overseeing and sharing key property management responsibilities like maintenance coordination and documentation.Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants to deliver exceptional service.Contributing to a fun, dynamic, and high-performing team environment.About You We're looking for someone who is confident, approachable, and ready to step into a leadership role that's both challenging and rewarding. You'll need to bring experience, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for property management.
What You'll Bring: A Real Estate Licence and current driver's licence (with your own insured vehicle).Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.Experience managing a property portfolio and mentoring team members.Why Join Blackshaw Belconnen?
