You will be confident with leasing, tenant retention, in having strategic conversations on investment strategy and improvement, with experience delivering operational cost savings initiatives.

A snapshot of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Proactively communicating with customers/ tenants.
Day-to-day management of leasing, reporting, capex, rent roll and debt management.
Completing budget, outgoings estimate, asset plans, quarterly forecasts, and reports.
Manage critical dates on the tenancy schedule and ensure lease security and public liability insurance is held in accordance with the lease and licence documentation.
Provide leadership to the team to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
Receive high level of satisfaction from both occupants and owners in relation to building performance and execution of duties.

You have intimate knowledge of the commercial property market with good financial acumen, holding a certificate of registration or real estate licence.
Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills are essential as is a natural drive to succeed, and you're looking for that opportunity to move your career forward with a world class, global organisation.
The ability to communicate with people at all levels will be crucial and we'll expect you to have great time management and organisational skills.
