Due to growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Property Manager | Head of Department to manage and oversee their successful property management division.

You will report to the Managing Director and be empowered to run the portfolio autonomously with flexibility on offer of working hours and working from home.
The Role: This role is a Senior Property Manager role with a view to become a Head of Department as the business continues to grow.
You will manage the portfolio of approximately 160 properties with the assistance of a full time administrative assistant as well as all your routines being conducted by a dedicated inspector.
The role will be predominately based in office so that you can focus on giving wonderful service to your valued clients and tenants.
You will be empowered to develop processes and implement structure to the department as growth continues and will take on a key leadership role within the business.
Car allowance and a car park in the office is also included.
This role would ideally suit a Senior Property Manager looking to align themselves with a brand that will help develop them in a leadership position.
