With your positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high attention to detail, you'll be an invaluable asset to our team.Key Responsibilities:Manage a well-maintained property portfolio, ensuring a continued high level of service to both landlords and tenants alike.Conduct regular property inspections, handle maintenance requests, and resolve tenant issues promptly.Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property management matters.Keep up-to-date with relevant industry legislation and compliance requirements.Collaborate with our dynamic team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Essential Experience & Skills:5+ years' experience as a Property Manager (essential).A strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude.Proficiency in PropertyMe and Inspection Express (highly desirable).Immaculate presentation and professional demeanor.Strong communication and customer service skills.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a close team.Other Requirements:Reliable car and a current Victorian Driver's Licence.Work Hours:Full-time role: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays (with time off in lieu).
