Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of 145 well-maintained properties from start to finish.
Meeting clients and building strong relationships.Become a knowledgeable expert in your field.Entries and exits.Maintenance / routine inspections.Liaising with owners, tenants, and tradesmen, all with the help of dedicated assistant Property Managers & Leasing Consultants.
