The Role
Working in this high performing team, your role will include:
prepare detailed monthly management accounts, analysis and provide insightful commentary on property and portfolio performance.oversee the preparation of BASmanage treasury functionsmonitor and forecast financial covenants for debt facilitiesproduce half yearly and annual audited financial reportsquarterly fund distributions to investorsprepare Board Reports and provide investment analysisimplement accounting policies and proceduresengage with property managers to streamline transaction processingprovide advice on property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and valuationslead projects to improve operational efficiency and financial performance
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have 5 years + experience ideally in the property sector. Experience improving processes, systems and procedures will ensure your success in this role and experience with MRI is highly desirable.
