You'll be working directly with institutional investors, developers, and corporate clients, offering advice on a wide range of property and commercial matters. Your key responsibilities include:Commercial Leasing, Off-the-Plan, Retirement Villages & General Conveyancing.Drafting commercial agreements such as business sale agreements, franchising agreements, shareholder agreements, and more.Handling mergers and acquisitions, providing commercial advice, and engaging in commercial litigation.Supervising conveyancing matters and mentoring paralegals.Conducting due diligence, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.Participating in business development activities and building strong client relationships.What We're Looking For:A qualified solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, with a current Queensland practicing certificate.Strong experience in property and commercial law, ideally 3–6 years PAE.Demonstrated ability to independently manage property conveyancing files from start to finish, including residential and commercial matters.Excellent communication skills are essential.
