To provide property services including responding to complex property issues, procuring and managing works, managing information and playing a key role in the management of State Road's property assets in accordance with the Strategic Property Assets Management Plan.

Duties Provide specialist technical property and land use planning advice to the Manager Property Assets including: Researching and responding to complex property enquiries Negotiating and managing complex Crown land leases and licences Assessing State Roads Crown landowner consent application referrals under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 Procurement and management of property works contracts including: Procurement in accordance with Tasmanian government and State Roads procurement guidelines Processing contract payments and financial reporting Contribute to Property Assets team business improvement projects including: Participating in the review of team business processes Developing accessible and spatially enabled property datasets Prepare high level correspondence, reports, plans and Ministerial minutes and briefings that are accurate and succinct.
