Job Description We are seeking an aspiring, technically competent commercial property Analyst to join our industry leading National Industrial Capital Markets team. This key role, based in the Sydney CBD, is to help analysing, marketing and negotiating the sale of industrial properties across the Australian market. This key function will be actively involved in the campaign life cycle, researching the industrial market, and providing market intelligence to support the compilation of submissions and production of information memorandums.
The scope of the role will include: Provision of financial / cash flow modelling for industrial assets and compilation of information for use in submissions, pitches, and information memorandumsCoordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence and assistance with handling associated enquiries during campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking exercisesResearch and analysis of relevant market information / intelligenceManage the key data sources of the team including sales data, valuation data, operating agreement data and other sector specific dataContribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Industrial Capital Markets client group, including Institutional and International clientsAssisting in the development of the opportunity pipelinePrepare client progress reports on campaigns and attend client meetingsActively assist in pursuing new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers Qualifications Ideally the right person for the role will be newly qualified Commercial Valuer, Assistant Development Manager or Analyst within a commercial property business that wants to make the move towards a transaction role in the future.
