Senior Property Analyst

Working closely with property teams, you'll look after day-to-day analysis of the Group's investment assets and development pipeline, including management of leasing analysis, valuation, budgeting and forecasting, feasibility analysis, and acquisition/disposition analysis.

You'll also support the improvement of the internal processes by providing technical advice on internal and external valuations, valuation reporting, internal and external audit, and assist in board reporting and general presentations.

We're seeking candidates with 3-5 years+ of relevant experience either in a similar asset level analytical role or from a commercial property valuation background.

You'll have strong modelling skills and working experience of real estate relation systems such as Estate Master or Cougar.
