They have a well-established presence nationally and continue to make significant strides in their industry.Job DescriptionReporting into the CFO, the Senior Property Analyst will provide critical support to the Group's development team by conducting in-depth financial and commercial analysis across land subdivision projects and other asset classes. Working closely with the Projects area, you will be partnering with the development team during the acquisition process. Key responsibilities include reviewing funding tables, managing relationships with key stakeholders, implementing consolidation tools, and optimising cash flow management. The role will also support capital raising efforts by assisting with modelling, structuring, and preparing information packs for debt and equity relationships.This will involve:Providing insightful analysis to inform property investment strategies.Assisting in the creation of financial models to evaluate potential investments.Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate results.Identifying areas of risk and opportunity within the development portfolio.Contributing to the development of strategic plans.Keeping up to date with market trends.The Successful ApplicantTo be successful in this role, you will have a strong Estate Master and Excel skillset coupled with detailed feasibility experience, debt modelling (construction and balance land facilities), and equity rolling. In addition to this, you will have strong valuation and financial modelling skillsets, excellent report writing skills, coupled with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
