It provides quality, customer-focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales.

About the role We're seeking an experienced leader to guide the development, management, and implementation of strategic programs and projects for Local Land Services.
In this role, you'll: Have demonstrated knowledge of and experience in interpreting Part 5 A of the Local Land Services Act 2013.
Have demonstrated knowledge of and experience in interpreting the Land Management (Native Vegetation) Code 2018.
Have demonstrated experience in quality assurance reviews and project management.
Oversee high-impact projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with our core objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, coordinate resources, and foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Additionally, you will provide high-level advice to senior management and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies.
About you You are a natural leader with proven experience in managing complex programs and projects.
You have a strong track record of coordinating multidisciplinary teams, negotiating contracts, and building productive partnerships.
Your ability to balance diverse stakeholder interests while meeting tight deadlines sets you apart.
You thrive in dynamic environments, can tackle complex negotiations, and are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
In addition to your leadership and strategic planning skills, you have a passion for mentoring and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
Must have a NSW drivers licence and be willing & able to travel, as required.
