This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
Reporting to the Director of Delivery, this position collaborates closely with the project team and stakeholders to lay the groundwork necessary for the effective prioritisation and delivery of approved Cyber Uplift initiatives.
Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and effective communication abilities are critically important in this role.
Key responsibilities include: Actively participate in the coordination of project activities, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure that project milestones are met.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and registers that are accessible to all team members and relevant stakeholders.Tracking and monitoring project progress and performance against project plans and schedules; reporting any deviations or issues that arise to the Project Manager.Assisting with the identification of potential risks and issues within the project and helping to develop mitigation or resolution strategies.Supporting the Project Manager and Director with budget preparation and financial reporting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability.Contribute to and assist in the preparation of reports on project status including, but not limited to assisting in the preparation of project correspondence, presentations, and briefings.Performing secretarial support functions for governance boards including minute taking.Assisting with quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outputs.Initiate, influence, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including government agencies with a focus on commitment to customer service.About youWe recognise and celebrate that everyone is unique and seek the applicant best suited to the role.
