It is essential that you establish and maintain productive relationships leveraging stakeholder strengths to achieve shared program goals.Senior Project Officer: Course Development in the Curriculum DomainThe Curriculum Domain aims to develop a modern, attainment-based curriculum for Adelaide University, supported by advanced digital tools to deliver a flexible, consistent, and enhanced learning experience for all students.As the Senior Project Officer, you will manage a portfolio of disciplines and work closely with senior academic staff to successfully support the development and implementation of new programs and courses at Adelaide University.
Each Senior Project Officer also manages and leads a small team of Project Officers, providing guidance and support in course development and escalating concerns to the relevant Academic Transition Panel.
As a lead for course development, this role involves coordinating project deliverables, liaising with senior stakeholders, data management, coordinating resources, risks, and reporting.Senior Project Officer in the SEA DomainThe Student Experience & Administration (SEA) Domain is responsible for ensuring that Adelaide University is equipped with a full range of student services, from enrolment and orientation to student support services and library functions, to completions and graduations.You will assist the Deputy Vice-Chancellor: Student Experience and Success and the Project Lead in coordinating program deliverables and delivering on Domain activities.
Working collaboratively with senior IMO staff and other Domains, you will maintain comprehensive oversight of program activities and administration, with a focus on staff change and communication initiatives.
