Location Sydney CBD– hybrid/remote working is availableOngoing – Full TimeSalary ranging from $120,859 pa to $133,183 pa + super/leave loadingYour role The Solutions and Services Unit in Court and Tribunal Service Delivery Division focuses on delivering priority initiatives for Court Services, designing and developing integrated and consistent solutions and services across jurisdictions.
A Senior Project Officer opportunity exists in the team to commence ASAP. The role has autonomy in coordinating and managing workload and discretion in deciding how to undertake tasks. You will be joining a small team of project management professionals that contribute valuable outcomes to court users, judicial officers, and stakeholders.
What you'll do With a strong focus on putting the customer at the centre, in the role as the Senior Project Officer you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a range of court jurisdiction projects for Court Services. The role will include preparing briefs & reports, coordinating resources, preparing and monitoring project plans, influencing and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The work is varied and will give you the opportunity to learn about court operations while using your highly developed project management capabilities.
What we're looking for Experience managing and overseeing all aspects of project planning, development and implementation across a range of projects.Ability to establish and maintain relationships and engaging a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure project deliverables and expectations are met.Experience managing a team to ensure compliance with governance and quality requirements are met.Demonstrated experience achieving multiple project deadlines within budget.Experience in strategic and innovative project management and an excellent understanding of project methodologies, processes and procedures.For more information download the role description.
